Fireside story...
Alex enjoyed watching the fireplace at Gma and Gpa D's house with Daddy...
...and Gma D!
"Nothing better then a cozy fire and my feet!"

Alex has upgraded to a push walker...
...at least when Daddy is nearby!

The long lost crib!
Another milestone for Alex...sleeping in his crib!
Mom was in the middle of changing Alex when he fell fast asleep.
Finally, Alex prefers his crib over his mom and swing!
Man on a mission!
This little man is mobile! Not only did Alex have his first bite of food this weekend, but he also took his first step (2/9/08)...with a little assistance of course.
Where are the bumper pads? The walls and furniture weren't stopping this little tyke!
Watch out Sophee, here comes your brother!
Rice Cereal Anyone?

Alex got his first taste of rice cereal over the weekend (2/9/08). He thought the spoon was another toy to chew on.
He didn't know what to think...
...but we think he liked it!

FIVE MONTHS!!!
Alex turned 5 months on 1-28-08! What is he up to these days?
Play play play...he loves his toys...and he is almost sitting on his own!
Even though ma and pa are working with him to crawl...he would rather walk...or run! 
He is very content riding in style in his big boy stroller.
Alex also can't take his eyes off Sophee! She is soon to be this boy's best friend. 
However, nothing has changed here, Alex still likes to dose on his daddy!
